We quality control items listed on behalf of others and encourage parent-to-parent sellers to advertise only high-quality items, unless otherwise stated in the detailed description.
We do ask that with regards to parent to parent selling, items of high quality only are advertised unless otherwise clearly stated in the detailed description field.
To avoid return conflicts, funds are not transferred until items are accepted by the purchaser. We believe this is the fairest process.
Return Guidelines:
– Items must be returned within 7 days of the original purchase.
– Returns are monitored as part of our pilot scheme, covering all selling routes (school-to-parent, parent-to-parent, etc.).
